Elliott Landing buyers gather to meet new neighbors
Luxury condominium buyers view progress of their new homes
About 30 Elliott Landing homebuyers and family members gathered recently at the luxury condominium’s Sales & Design Center to meet their soon-to-be new neighbors and hear firsthand from the developer about the project’s progress.
Many of the first residents come from the North Shore, but others come from as far as Williamsburg, MA and West Warwick, RI. They are a diverse group at different stages in their lives. They learned a bit about each other through round-robin style introductions.

“They’re so excited to more than double their living space,” said Jim Trudeau, chief design officer for developer Cummings Properties and a Beverly resident himself. “And they appreciate that Beverly has a vibrant arts and restaurant scene. They won’t be leaving all that behind just because they’re leaving the city.”

Among the professionals moving to Elliott Landing are two women, with children heading to college in the fall, looking to downsize from large Beverly homes. A few buyers are retired couples seeking one-level living and a social community.
The meeting, which included a light brunch, was hosted by members of Cumming Properties’ management team, as well as representatives from StreamLine Communities, the firm that is marketing the condominiums.
Cumming Properties founder Bill Cummings told the group of the firm’s intent to manage the property for the foreseeable future, noting that Cummings Properties stayed on as manager at Woburn’s Place Lane, the company’s only other condominium project to date, for 10 years, at the request of the homeowners.
Executive Vice President Eric Anderson echoed Cummings’ commitment to Elliott Landing homeowners.
“We want you to feel that this is the best decision you’ve ever made,” he said. “We aren’t going anywhere. Our sales and design teams are here to make this experience a great one for you all.”
Thirty percent of the 73 homes have sold thus far. Prices have ranged from $360,000 to $650,000.
“As we end the preconstruction period, sales are considerably ahead of what we anticipated,” according to Cummings.
Elliott Landing offers more than 25 different floor plans. Sixth floor penthouse suites are now available, starting at $460,000.
Buyers are invited to visit the Sales & Design Center to select a home of their preferred size and view, and then work with the sales and design teams to choose from a designer-curated palette of elegant finishes and quality appliances.
The Sales & Design Center is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and by appointment, next to Elliott Landing at 950 Cummings Center, Suite 99-X. For more information, call 877-468-0010, or visit ElliottLanding.com.
