Flip The Bird Owners Transform Cummings Spot Into 'The Hatchery'
The Hatchery will act as a test kitchen for Flip the Bird restaurant items as well as offer more varied breakfast and lunch offerings.

BEVERLY, MA — Flip the Bird is getting a makeover at its Cummings Center location.
The popular chicken lunch spot will be rebranded as "The Hatchery" test kitchen in an effort to bring more breakfast and lunch options to the office park as well as test out new items for Flip the Bird restaurant locations.
Flip The Bird owners Anthony Marino and Victoria Farnsworth said their vision for the cafe-style spot is to offer specials that may one day be featured on either an everyday Flip the Bird menu or appear as a limited-time special.

The Hatchery menu will also feature select items from the former Marino's Cafe — the Beverly restaurant Marino and Farnworth owned and operated for a decade before launching the popular Flip the Bird franchise in 2019, which now has locations across the North Shore on Cabot Street in Beverly, Danvers and Swampscott.
The Hatchery menu will offer more varied items to cater to the office park employees who frequently order lunch there.
