Free Chamber Music Concert in Beverly
North Shore Chamber Music kicks off their 2nd season on October 4th at 3 PM with a concert at North Shore Community Baptist Church
North Shore Chamber Music returns for its second season with a program featuring two colorful works composed for mixed ensembles.
On Sunday October 4th at 3 PM, instruments will combine from each family, including strings, piano, clarinet, bassoon and trumpet. The broader palette of sounds match the spectrum of emotion explored. Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time, composed in a Nazi POW camp, is contrasted with Martinů’s The Kitchen Revue, a comical and jovial jazz ballet. In addition, a short work by Co-Founder Scott Thomas Lesser will be premiered. Joining Lesser and Co-Founder Melissa Bull are Guests Artists: Stephanie Busby-bassoon, Adam Gautille-trumpet, William Kirkley-clarinet and Kathryn Christensen Lieppman-piano.
See more information on the October Concert page. Free admission * suggested $10 donation
