Full-Day Pre-K Program at Glen Urquhart School Now Enrolling
The new program in Beverly Farms will provide a distinctly stimulating learning environment for preschoolers—enroll today for September!

Glen Urquhart School, the independent, progressive K-8 school in Beverly Farms, recently expanded their curricular offerings to include a full-day Pre-K class that will launch in the fall of 2018 under the leadership of experienced educator and Preschool Director Emily Rabinowitz- Buchanan. With an open campus, nature trails, and place-based, thematic curriculum, GUS provides a distinctly stimulating learning environment and a commitment to creating a school where children love learning. Shares Rabinowitz-Buchanan, “our Pre-K teachers will be able to know each child as an individual and develop a warm, collaborative, and dynamic classroom community.” Applications are currently being accepted for enrollment at www.gus.org/pre-k.
GUS has become a “go-to” preschool destination this spring with opportunities for these youngest learners and their families to explore and engage, build knowledge, and make new friends. From free drop-in classes and a kids’ rock concert to an April vacation break program and summer camp, GUS events encourage curiosity and creativity. Join us May 5 at 10:00 a.m. for “Fairy + Gnome House Fun for Little Ones” as we create magical homes with materials gathered from the GUS nature trail, and drop-in to our “Nature Trail Adventures: Imagine + Create” one-hour classes on May 9, 16, and 23 at 1:00 p.m. Both events will meet in the campus greenhouse and are free of charge. Children age 3 to 6 are welcome to attend the fairy house activity while drop-in classes are geared toward children age 3 to 5. Caregivers are encouraged to register in advance.
