A Good Day for Dancing and Performing at Homecoming

There’s a lot of music and art on tap on today’s Homecoming calendar.

There will be the R&R Big Band Dance at the Senior Center at 9 a.m.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., there is a new show at the Mingo Gallery on Cabot Street featuring the abstract landscaping painting of Anthony Falcetta.

Beverly Bootstraps will continue tours of their Cabot Street facility from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

There’s also Pilates at the Senior Center, free to those 60 and over, at 3 p.m.

At 5 p.m., the Express Yourself Drum Performance is taking place at Lynch Park.

Finally, at 5:30 p.m., hundreds of Beverly kids will be taking part in the Bev Rec lip sync contest in the hopes of being crowned grand champion.
