Beverly residents are reminded that all canines - from lap dogs to trailblazers - 6 months and older must be registered in the city.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents are reminded that it's the time of year to register all dogs with the city.

Whether the dogs like to go to the park and traverse trails across the North Shore, or are more suited for the backyard and the couch, they still need to be registered.

All dogs in Massachusetts must be registered in their respective city or town by April 1. The dog license is available at the bottom of the city census and can be dropped off at City Hall as well as renewed online here.
