Lynn Police Arrest Man Accused Of Stealing Beverly Woman's Dog
Holly, who had been missing since Nov. 8, has been reunited with her family, according to Missing Dogs Massachusetts.
BEVERLY, MA -- Lynn Police reportedly arrested a man who was accused of stealing a Beverly woman's dog and refusing to return her until the woman paid a $500 ransom. Missing Dog Massachusetts said Wednesday that Lynn Police arrested the man on unrelated charges after police received an anonymous tip that the man was staying in Lynn. Police were able to recover Holly, the dog, and return her to her owner.
As first reported by Patch, Beverly Police had been investigating the dog theft since Holly was first reported missing on Nov. 8.
