Man Helps Beverly Police Free Person Trapped Under Car

BEVERLY, MA -- Two Beverly Police officers and a neighbor helped free a man who was trapped under his car while changing a tire Sunday afternoon. Officers Dave Gagnon and John Vitale responded to the call on Elliott Street around 6 pm on Dec. 9 and were helped by a resident who was working in the area.

According to the Beverly Citizen, which first reported this story, the three men were able to lift the car off the victim. The man was transported to Beverly Hospital.
