After the storm, many residents who parked on the top floor of the garage and went to claim their vehicles on Wednesday, found out that there had been no snow removal on the roof deck.

The parking lot sign states that the garage operators take responsibility for snow removal in the lot. That had happened as of Wednesday, and there were many frustrated and people as they returned to their buried vehicles. It took one man hours to shovel out his vehicle, according to an eyewitness report.
