Nearly 25 percent of Elliott Landing condominiums under agreement
Interest is high for one-of-a-kind luxury residences

In the one month since Elliott Landing by Cummings opened its Sales & Design Center and released all 73 homes for sale, nearly 25 percent of the luxury condominiums have come under agreement.
Many of the buyers are from Beverly; others come from communities across the North Shore, including Swampscott, Middleton, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Reading. All are looking for convenient, maintenance-free living and the “one-of-a-kind opportunity” Elliott Landing offers, according to Tom Skahen, CEO of StreamLine Communities, which developer Cummings Properties has engaged to market the residences.
“Home buyers are attracted to Elliott Landing because each home is unique, with customizable high-end finishes,” said Skahen. “There are no comparable residential projects in terms of construction and location. It is a steel structure with concrete floors, offering tray ceilings, private courtyards, extensive landscaping, and spectacular views.”

Agreements have been signed for a variety of units ranging in price from $360,000 to $650,000. The sixth floor penthouse suites are now available starting at $460,000. These suites each have their own unique features, including views of the Bass River, fireplaces, skylights, and fully appointed master baths with heated towel bars and LED night lighting.
“We are quite pleased with the response so far, especially given that we are still in the pre-construction phase,” said Skahen, who noted that the homes will be available for occupancy in October.

Laura Mok, of Beverly, researched Cummings Properties and Cummings Foundation after attending the VIP open house, visiting the Sales & Design Center, and making a purchase.

Elliott Landing offers more than 25 different floor plans. Buyers can visit the Sales & Design Center to select a home of their preferred size and view, and then work with the sales and design team to make personal selections for flooring, lighting, appliances, paint colors, and kitchen cabinetry, counters, and backsplash.
