New North Shore Charcuterie Catering Shop Opens In Beverly

BEVERLY, MA — A new charcuterie catering shop has opened in downtown Beverly with its third location in Massachusetts.

The 600-square-foot shop sits on Cabot Street and provides charcuterie catering for events of all different types and sizes.

Owner Leshelle Lucas said she opened the business with support from her husband, Rian. She said the couple wanted to combine their love of entertaining with a business centered on bringing people together through food.

Before opening Graze Craze, Lucas worked in higher education and later stepped away to raise her three young children. She is also a member of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce.

"We're excited to build relationships with local businesses and community members and brainstorm creative ways to help them accomplish their goals," said Leshelle Lucas. "Great food has a way of bringing people together, and Graze Craze makes it easy to create something memorable for any occasion, whether you're celebrating with family, entertaining friends or hosting colleagues."

Customers can choose from several signature options. Those include the Classic, described as an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, crackers, and sweet accents.

The Vegetarian features seasonal produce and house-made dips, while the Sweet is a dessert-style board with chocolates, cookies, fruit and sweet dips.

The Brunch option includes breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs and pastries. The Wine Pairing selection includes hand-selected, sommelier-approved meats, cheeses, fruits and more.

The Beverly shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday hours are available by request.
