Obituary: Casey Greene-Taylor, 36, Raised and Educated in Beverly

Casey Greene-Taylor, formally of Beverly, Massachusetts unexpectedly passed away Friday March 20, 2015 in Laconia New Hampshire.

Casey was he proud mother of her daughter Gillian Taylor (age 6), and much loved daughter of Ina Mitton, (late) John Greene and her stepfather Wayne Mitton. She was also the adored baby sister of Kristin Greene, Susan Greene Belanger, Erin Greene Capachietti and Jennifer Mitton Griffen.

Casey valued her family above all else. Her daughter was the light in her life and the reason she smiled every day. As the youngest child in her family, Casey was often spoiled with love from her parents and her big sisters. Casey made each day interesting, funny and unforgettable for her family, and she will be unendingly missed by all who loved her.

Born in Beverly, Casey is a graduate of Beverly High School and later became a Certified Nursing Assistant, a profession to which her unparalleled caring nature made her perfectly suited. Casey worked in nursing homes both in Arizona and in New Hampshire and was known for bringing smiles, comfort and peace to the last days of her patients’ lives. Invariably, Casey made every person she met adore her with her ability to make them feel special and to make them laugh with her incomparable humor.

Casey leaves a legacy of touching so many lives, but her greatest legacy is her daughter Gillian, whom she loved “to the moon and back.”

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Saint Margaret’s Parish, 672 Hale Street, Beverly, on Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly on Tuesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
