Obituary: Helen L. (Pickett) Morrison, Lifelong Resident of Beverly
She worked at the United Shoe Machinery Corp. in the office as a Payroll Clerk for many years.

Helen L. (Pickett) Morrison, 94, of Beverly, died Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the Ledgewood Health Care Center in Beverly. She was the wife of Fred W. Morrison, with whom they shared 68 years of marriage.
Born and raised in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Albert G. and Rita (Weir) Pickett. Helen was a graduate of Beverly High School Class of 1939, and she was a life long resident of Beverly. Helen worked at the United Shoe Machinery Corp. in the office as a Payroll Clerk for many years.

Helen sang in the choir for the Unitarian Church, she enjoyed playing golf and tennis. She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two sons, Wayne W. Morrison and his wife Phyllis of Frisco, TX. Gary P. Morrison and his wife Cheryl of Beverly, her daughter Nancy L. Paddol and her husband Michael of Beverly, eight grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Helen was predeceased by her sister Lois P. Smith.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Central Cemetery, 60 Hale St. Beverly, on Thursday, April 16, at 1:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There will be no visiting hours.
