Obituary: Jennie Angelina Napolitano, Active Member of the Beverly Council on Aging

Employed at GTE Sylvania at the Sylvan Street Plant in Danvers; member of their Quarter Century Club.

Jennie Angelina Napolitano 89, beloved wife of the late Ralph J. Napolitano, died Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the Beverly Hospital.

Born in the Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Catherine (Costa) Villanti.
Mrs. Napolitano had been employed at GTE Sylvania in it’s Sylvan Street Plant in Danvers until the time of her retirement and was a member of their Quarter Century Club.

A resident of Beverly since the 1950’s, she was an active member of the Beverly Council on Aging where she was an avid Bingo player and was a volunteer on Bingo night at the Senior Center.

She is survived by her daughter, Catherine B. DuBois and husband David J. of Beverly, a son-in-law, Harry W Takesian of Sandown, NH, nine grandchildren, Bernadette Banke and husband Richard of Webster NY, Joseph Takesian, of Sandown NH, Nick Napolitano of Palm Harbor FL, David P. DuBois and his wife Amy of Hamilton,

Harry M. Takesian and his wife Carolyn of Haverhill, April Lehmann and her husband Nicholas of Key West FL, Kelly Butrimas and her husband Nash of Jacksonville FL, Erica Napolitano of NH and Ralph J. Napolitano of Lynn, twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Ralph A Napolitano, Geraldine C. Takesian and Dominick J. Napolitano.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret’s Church, 672 Hale St., Beverly Farms, Friday, February 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, Thursday from 4 - 7 p.m. Burial in the Beverly Farms Cemetery.
