Obituary: Thomas Leonard Marshall, Coached Beverly Little League and Beverly Youth Hockey

Thomas Leonard Marshall, 75, of Beverly Ma. passed away peacefully in his home March 12, 2015.

He was the loving husband of 54 years to Eleanore Marshall. Born in Gloucester Ma., Tom was the son of late Arthur and Angie Damon. Tom was the youngest of 10 children. Gertrude Harvey, Margaret Viera, Barbara Martin, Betty Saunders, Jean Leavitt, Angie Pike, Arthur Marshall, and his surviving sister Alberta Trefry.

Tom had a passion for the ocean and was an avid fisherman and boater.

Tom was an active coach for Beverly Little League and Beverly Youth Hockey and also enjoyed umpiring for Beverly Little League.

Tom retired from Van Waters & Rogers in 2002 after 31 years. In addition to his wife he is survived by his beloved children, Thomas Marshall Jr. and companion Julieta Crehan, Christine and her husband Chris Whitmarsh, Joseph and his wife Susan Marshall, also 6 grandchildren Mark Lewis, Nicole, Amanda and Joey Marshall, Olivia and Casi Smith.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m., to noon on Wednesday, March 18, at Mackey Funeral Home.
