Police: Assault; House Party

Monday, Sept. 21

At 4:32 p.m., a man reported that an employee of a Mason Street business assaulted him and took his money. A warrant was issued.

At 5:30 p.m., a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Valley Street was reported.

At 9:50 p.m., a man told police he was being followed night and day at home and at work. Police advised him to contact the appropriate authority the next time it occurred.

At 11:49 p.m., there was a report of a house party causing a disturbance on Prescott Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

At 8:05 a.m., there was a report of a hit and run to a motor vehicle on Rantoul Street.

At 10:18 a.m., the manager of a business on Dodge Street reported that $200 had been stolen from the register.

At 12:33 p.m., there was a small grass fire on Butman Street.
