Police: Buffet of Vandalism; No Pot, Just Moms

Wednesday, August 5

At 5:23 p.m., there was a two car accident on Cabot Street.

At 6:12 p.m., there was a report of possible pot smokers at Mill and Gage Streets, but it was just young kids and their mothers in the park.

At 6:28 p.m., police helped remove a fish hook from a dog’s tongue on Lothrop Street.

At 7:57 p.m., dirt bikes were driving through people’s yards on King Terrace. Police spoke to the parents.

Thursday, August 6

At 8:07 a.m., there was a report of vandalism involving eggs and macaroni and cheese on a house on O’Dell Avenue.

At 12:10 p.m., a woman was yelling at cars on Rantoul Street. She was sent on her way.
