Police: Car in Pond; Employee Theft

Monday, July 20

At 5:35 p.m., there was a report of girls fighting on Gage Street, but no one was willing to talk to poice when they arrived.

At 6:44 p.m., an out-of-control female was reportedly throwing rocks on Broughton Drive. She was returned to her grandmother.

Tuesday, July 21

At 8:50 a.m., a car drove through a fence and into the pond at the Cummings Center on Elliot Street. The driver was able to get out of the car safely.

At 1:38 p.m., there was a report of the theft of cash by an employee on Story Avenue. Charges are pending.
