Police: Disorderly Conduct Arrest; Mailbox Theft

Monday, Sept. 28

Police arrested Anthony W. Lynch, homeless of Beverly, and charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

At 6:24 p.m., there was a report of yelling and banging coming from an apartment on Blaine Avenue. The offending party was advised to keep it down.

At 8:43 a.m., there was a report of a man causing a disturbance on Rantoul Street.

At 3:16 p.m., there was a report of the name on a mailbox stolen on Railroad Avenue.
