Police: Don't Fall Off the Bridge; Vandalism

At 6:42 p.m., there was a report of a tree down on power lines on Essex Street.

At 8:03 p.m., a group of youths were sitting on the railing of the bridge. They told an officer they were watching the sunset. The officer asked them not to watch the sunset while sitting on the railing, because he didn’t want them to fall off the bridge.

Tuesday, July 28

At 6:54 a.m., there was a report of vandalism on Cabot Street.

At 8:07 a.m., there was a report of vandalism on New Balch Street.

At 12:27 p.m., a panhandler was reported harassing patrons in front of a Rantoul Street business.

At 2:22 p.m., a marijuana citation was issued during a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Street.
