Police: Don't Want to Turn the Music Down; Intoxicated Men

Gary Ray Doane, 31, of 108 South Common Street in Lynn was arrested on warrants.

Monday, Jan. 25

At 5:46 p.m., there was a report of a loud stereo on Hilltop Drive. The involved party was uncooperative but reluctantly agreed to turn the music down.

At 6:52 p.m., there was a report of an orange motor vehicle possibly involved in marijuana sales on Ober Street.

At 7:39 p.m., there was a report of an unruly man on Cabot Street. The man was highly intoxicated and was transported to the hospital.

At 9:38 p.m., there was a complaint about loud screaming on Hilltop Drive. Officers believed it sounded like an animal in the woods.

Tuesday, Jan. 26

At 12:14 a.m., there was a report of an intoxicated man on Cabot Street. It was determined that the man had been consuming alcohol and was removed from the building.

At 3:06 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on River Street.
