Police: Drug Arrests; Fireworks Complaint

Sunday, August 2

Police arrested Justice Lorenz Galarza, 19 of 28 Beckford St. in Beverly for violating the city knife ordinance.

Nathaniel K. Griffin, 53, of 202 Rantoul St. in Beverly was arrested on two warrants.

Ian G. Karouya, 24, of 21A Story Ave. in Beverly was arrested on a warrant and for possession of a Class C drug.

Kenneth K. Karuoya, 19, of 21A Story Ave. in Beverly was arrested on a warrant and for possession of a Class C drug.

At 5:44 p.m., a cellphone was reported stolen from Herrick Street.

At 9:28 p.m., there was a fireworks complaint on Neptune Street. Police spoke to the homeowner and he agreed to stop the fireworks.

Monday, August 3

At 8:53 a.m, there was a report of an unarmed robbery on Dodge Street.

At 12:38 p.m., a woman was reportedly assaulted by her landlord on Fayette Street.

At 3:23 p.m., there was a report on an online larceny on Herrick Street.
