At 2:29 p.m., burst sprinkler system at Burger King, Route 128. Sprinkler system shut down.
Sunday, Feb. 15
At 9:59 a.m., motor vehicle crash with property damage on Cabot Street near the Wenham line. Jeep rollover.
At 11:31 a.m., hit and run accident with possible injuries on Dane Street. Vehicle into a snowbank.
At 11:45 a.m., operating under the influence arrest on River Street.
At 1:11 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage on Salem and Pilgrim Roads. Front-end loader struck parked car.
At 4:16 p.m., hazard on Brimbal Avenue and Palmer Road. Tree down in parking area.
At 5:17 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage on Dane Street.
At 7:46 p.m., parking complaint. Unoccupied vehicle completely blocking south Hardy Street. Vehicle tagged and towed.
At 9:09 p.m., motor vehicle stop on Cabot Street at Conant Street.Verbal warning.
At 10:22 p.m., motor vehicle stop on Corning Street. Verbal warning for red light violation at Hale and Lothrop streets.
Saturday, Feb. 14
At 11:43 a.m., vehicle towed from Hale Street with flat tire after hitting a pothole.
At 4:10 p.m, motor vehicle stop on Herrick Street and Sohier Road. Red light violation. Citation issued.
At 4:23 p.m., assist citizen, Officer drove a nurse to work in the storm.
At 11:55 p.m., citywide winter parking ban patrol. Six parking citations issued and four vehicles towed.

- David C. Brown, 46, of Beverly, arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, and failure to use care while operating a motor vehicle.
- Tyler P. Tessier, 25, of Beverly, arrested for operating under the influence of drugs, heroin; license not in possession; and warrant.
- Ronald A. Williams Jr., 47, of Beverly, operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; trespassing; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest; and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
- Boris Zarthar, 55, of Beverly, operating under the influence of liquor and no inspection sticker.
