Police: Lewd and Seated; Sisters Fighting

Arrest

Danielle M. Messina, 33, of 50 Warren Street in Peabody was arrested on three warrants and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Monday, Dec. 21

At 4:13 p.m., there was a report of a woman taking mail on Abbott Street.

At 4:58 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Enon Street.

At 5:30 p.m., there was a report of sisters fighting on Elliott Street.

At 7:35 p.m., there was a report of lewd behavior in a men’s room on Rte. 128 North. There was no reporting party on scene and one man in a stall was displeased to be questioned in a seated position.

At 8:14 p.m., a neighbor reported people fighting on Mill Street. It was only someone on a loud phone call.

Tuesday, Dec. 22

At 7:48 a.m., there was a report of stolen methadone on Sohier Road.

At 10:21 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Elliott Street.

At 3:02 p.m., a car struck a utility pole on Elliott Street.
