Police: Lock Out; Don't Drink and Argue

Sunday, August 9

Police arrested Amberleigh Bijou Taffe, 38, of 144 Forest Street in Danvers and charged her with vandalizing property.

At 5:14 p.m., some dirt bikers were advised to stay off public roads near Devon Avenue.

At 5:47 p.m., there was a child yelling on a fire escape on Rantoul Street. The child was with a parent who had been locked out of their apartment. The fire department assisted.

At 8:30 p.m., there was a report of a man and a woman arguing on Chase Street.

At 9:29 p.m., there was a report of a drunk person on Dane Street Beach.

At 11:14 p.m., local police assisted the state police with a car that went off the road after it hit some debris on Rt. 128 Southbound.

Monday, August 10

At 12:30 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Sohier Road.

At 1:10 a.m., there was a disturbance in front of a tavern on Rantoul Street. A drunk female was arguing with a man about crossing the street and not paying attention to traffic.
