Police: Locked Out; Strange Man

At 6:15 a.m., a man was locked out of his home on Livingstone Avenue. The fire department helped him get back in through a window.

At 6:54 a.m., a person who was sleeping in a lobby on Cabot Street was sent on his way.

At 9:47 a.m., there was a report of a computer stolen on Oak Street.

At 10:04 a.m., a subwoofer was stolen from a car on Cabot Street.

At 12:31 p.m., there was a report of a man acting strange on Hale Street. The man had just been released from court and was walking to Gloucester.

At 1:38 p.m., police were called to an ongoing dispute between neighbors over property on Ropes Street.

At 1:49 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Elliott Street.
