Police Log: Christmas Presents Reportedly Stolen from Car

Friday, Dec. 12

At 7:26 p.m., police received a call from Goodwin Road about an unleashed dog complaint. A resident said a neighbor lets a dog loose and it charges at people and barks. Police notified both people that animal control will be notified of the situation.

Saturday, Dec. 13

At 1:03 a.m., police responded to Rantoul Street about vandalism to a vehicle.

At 9:13 a.m., a Bennett Street resident reported a car break-in. Police took a report.

At 4:19 p.m., police received a call about a missing wallet from a Rantoul Street building.

At 4:46 p.m., an Arlington Avenue resident reported a bike was stolen from Raymond Avenue. It is valued at $300.

Sunday, Dec. 14

At 6:13 a.m., police responded to DiPalma Court about suspicious people in a front yard. The people left before police arrived.

At 9:16 a.m., police received a call from Cabot Street after a man reported seeing a person who assaulted him the day before. Police were unable to locate the suspect and asked the man to contact them if he sees the man again.

At 12:12 p.m., police received a call from Haskell Street after a car was keyed.

At 12:46 p.m., a Mill Street resident reported that someone stole Christmas presents from a parked car. Police took a report.
