At 4:49 p.m., an unregistered car was towed on Colon Street.

At 5:53 p.m., there was a report of prescription drugs that were lost or stolen on Webber Avenue.

At 6:36 p.m., there was a report of a woman yelling while walking alone on Pond Street.

At 10:06 p.m., there was a report of kids hitting signs on Elliott Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

At 3:36 a.m., there was a noise complaint on Rantoul Street. Emergency work was being done on high power lines.

At 2:02 p.m., there was a report of an out-of-control 19-year-old. A daughter was disagreeing with her father’s rules regarding what type of movie her younger brother was allowed to view.
