Friday, August 14

At 6:01 p.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Cabot Street. Police located an unsteady bike rider.

At 7:08 p.m., kids were being loud on Colon Street. They were told to keep it down.

At 11:04 p.m., there was a hit and run with property damage on Longwood Avenue.

At 12:21 a.m., there was a report of a fight in a parking lot on Manor Avenue.

At 4:04 a.m., there was a fireworks complaint on Essex Street.

At 4:46 a.m., a moped was reported stolen on Rantoul Street.

At 7:44 a.m., a man was poking holes in the sand on Dane Street Beach and placing items in the holes. Some dog walkers questioned the man about what he was doing, afraid he was putting something poisonous in the sand. The man refused to say what he was doing. In one of the holes, police found a blue glass item like those found in flower vases.

At 10:41 a.m., there was a tree blocking the road on Lothrop Street.

At 4:58 p.m., a bike was reported stolen on Cabot Street.

At 9:55 p.m., a house was egged on Yale Boulevard.

At 11:39 p.m., there was a report of yelling on Dearborn Avenue. There was no issue, a woman was hosting a sleepover with several kids and was trying to get them to go to bed.

Sunday, August 16

At 3:17 a.m., there was a report of a naked man walking down Lovett Street. He was gone by the time police arrived.

At 10:09 a.m., there was a report of a broken mailbox on Cabot Street.

At 5:55 p.m., there was a kitchen fire at a business on Cabot Street.
