Police: OUI Arrest; Unwanted Guests

Daniel A. Dubiel, 42, of 6 Rainbow Terrace in Danvers was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and failure to yield at an intersection.

Wednesday, Dec. 9

At 5:03 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Gove Avenue.

At 8:43 p.m., there was an unwanted guest in a store on Rantoul Street. He was advised that he was no longer allowed in the establishment.

At 11:11 p.m., there was a report of a possible break in on Elliott Street. The caller said she saw the former tenants of the first floor looking in the windows and trying to get in.

Thursday, Dec. 10

At 11:17 a.m., police responded to a landlord/tenant dispute on Pickett Street.

At 11:24 a.m., there was a report of an altercation in the street on Fieldstone Lane. Police found a person outside yelling on the phone and advised the person to quiet down and go inside.

At 12:07 p.m., there was a report of people arguing in the street on Sonning Road. They were gone on arrival.

At 1:09 p.m., there was a report of a fire at a business at Hale and West Streets.
