Police: OUI Arrest; Yelling in the Library

Lauren Ritchie, 37, of 37 English Street in Salem was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

Thursday, Dec. 17

At 5:41 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Cabot Street.

At 10:52 p.m., there was a report of a house party on Beverly Commons Drive causing a disturbance. The music was turned off for the night.

Friday, Dec. 18

At 12:53 a.m., there was a report of an intoxicated man causing a disturbance on Arthur Street.

At 9:34 a.m., there was a hit and run accident with property damage on Mill Street.

At 1:14 p.m., there was a report of a past breaking and entering to a business on Rantoul Street.

At 4:22 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Dodge Street.

At 9:10 p.m., there was a report of a possible fight on Western Avenue.

Saturday, Dec. 19

At 1:01 a.m., there was a report of kids in the street being loud on Bow Street.

At 1:33 a.m., police helped a man who was lost and walking on Bridge Street.

At 11:56 a.m., there was a report of a suspicious man hiding items in the woods near Kernwood Avenue.

At 4:25 p.m., a no trespassing order was written for a man yelling in the library on Essex Street.

At 6:23 p.m., a car was vandalized on Bow Street.

At 10:50 p.m., a rock was thrown through a window on Bow Street.
