Police: OUI Arrests; Car Spray Painted

Arrests

Jennifer Marie Woolf, 36, of 43 Federal Street in Salem was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, resisting arrest, the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and violating the open container of alcohol ordinance.

Kari R. Kavanagh, 49, of 2 Duck Pond Road in Beverly was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and a marked lanes violation.

Friday, Jan. 29

At 6:08 p.m., there was a two car motor vehicle accident on Elliott Street.

At 10:23 p.m., there was a report of kids ringing doorbells on Berrywood Lane.

At 11:15 p.m., there was a report of a possible fight in the street at Cabot and Pond Streets.

Saturday, Jan. 30

At 7:30 a.m., there was a report of a car that had been spray painted overnight on Cabot Street.

At 11:31 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Dodge Street.

At 11:32 a.m., there was a report of vandalism to a truck on Balch Street.

At 6:03 p.m., there was a sign knocked over on Rte. 128 blocking the roadway.

Sunday, Jan. 31

At 3:21 a.m. there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Pond Street.
