Arrests

Carl A. Stritzke, 32, of 87 Northridge Road in Beverly was arrested on a warrant.

Waldecy Frata Sobrinho, 45, of 32 Cooper Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with operating with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender and failing to use care in starting, stopping, or turning.

At 4:21 p.m., there was a two car accident on Enon Street.

At 10:33 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious package chained to a door on Hale Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 8

At 12:15 a.m., there was a report of a Peeping Tom on Amherst Road.

At 3:45 a.m., a parked vehicle in the parking garage at Beverly Hospital was hit.

At 11:06 a.m., there was a report of shoplifting on Elliot Street.

At 12:06 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Cabot Street.

At 2:25 p.m., there was an accident with personal injury on Essex Street.
