Police: Shirtless Man With Knife; Drive Sober Campaign

At 5:19 a.m., there was a report of an unwanted patron causing a disturbance on Cabot Street.

At 9:40 a.m., a person reported being shot by a BB gun while in a car on Abbot Street the previous night.

At 1:36 p.m., there was a report of a breaking and entering on Rantoul Street.

At 3:13 p.m., a wallet was reported stolen on Cabot Street.

At 7:09 p.m., there was a report of shoplifting on Dodge Street.

At 9:30 p.m., there was a citywide Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over traffic patrol. Police made seven motor vehicle stops, issuing six warnings and arresting one on a warrant. There were no intoxicated drivers pulled over.

At 1:50 a.m., vandalism to a motor vehicle was reported on Hilltop Drive.

At 5:25 a.m., there was a report of harassment on Manor Road.

At 9:37 a.m., there was a report of someone dumping trash on the beach on Water Street.

At 12:39 p.m., there was a hit and run with property damage on Essex Street.

At 1:02 p.m., there was a report of a theft from a building on Rantoul Street.

At 4:24 p.m., there was a neighbor dispute on Baker Avenue. A couple came home and found their neighbor yelling at them and spitting on their flowers.

At 10:59 p.m., there was a report of a shirtless man with a knife in the area on Chase Street. Police were unable to locate him.
