Brett M. Forsythe, 40, of 44 Pleasant Street in Beverly was arrested on a warrant and for destruction of property and refusing to identify himself.

Steven Charles Kenney, 30, of 19 Charnock Street in Beverly was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug.
Glen A. Rigney, 61, of 56 River Street in Beverly was arrested and charged with kidnapping.

Friday, Dec. 4
At 7:10 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Rantoul Street.
At 11:23 p.m., there was a report of a person letting the air out of a truck tire on Park Street.
Saturday, Dec. 5
At 12:11 a.m., there was a report of a taxi fare evasion on Jewett Road.
At 10:32 a.m., there was a report of credit card fraud on Hart Street.
At 12:18 p.m., there was a report of solicitors going door to door on Putnam Street. They were advised to register.
At 1:55 p.m., there was a report of suspicious people on a Haskell Street property. It was the result of an ongoing property dispute and the caller was advised to contact her lawyer.
At 5:26 p.m., there was a report of a nurse who was assaulted by a patient at Beverly Hospital.
At 7:38 p.m., there was a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Chapman Street.
At 9:48 p.m., a larceny was reported on Rantoul Street.
At 10:52 p.m., there was a loud party on Boyles Street. Police advised everyone to leave the building. Over 75 people were observed leaving the residence.
At 11:12 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious package on Cabot Street that turned out to be unattended luggage.
Sunday, Dec. 6
At 2:30 p.m., there was a complaint about loose dogs running around in Lynch Park.
