Police: Sneaking in the Stalls; Acting Up in the ER

Tuesday, Oct. 27

At 6:18 p.m., there was a minor accident involving a bike and a car on Cabot Street.

At 7:24 p.m., there was a report of loud stereo on Cabot Street.

At 8:44 p.m., police dispersed two males in a rest stop bathroom on Rte. 128 after it was reported that there was suspicious inappropriate behavior. The two were changing stalls and engaging in suspected sexual activity, according to police.

At 9:49 p.m., there was a report of suspicious people in a yard on Chestnut Park.

At 10:37 p.m., there was a report of a possible fight on Park Street.

At 11:36 p.m., there was a person acting up in the ER at Beverly Hospital. The person was advised to act appropriately to avoid any consequences.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

At 9:25 a.m., there were neighbors arguing on Broadway. They were both advised of their ability to seek court orders.
