Police: Stalking Reported; Hydrants Being Flushed Caused Road Hazard; Mom and Kids Panhandling

Tuesday, July 7

At 6:40 p.m., fight in front of Essex Street house.

At 8:29 p.m., mom and kids panhandling on Cabot Street. They were gone on arrival.

At 10:33 p.m., hazard caused by DPW flushing hydrants on Cabot Street. Officer driving down Cabot Street saw vehicles driving in the other lane attempting to avoid water from a hydrant opened at full force. Cars were traveling in the wrong lane trying to avoid the water, and one of the drivers almost caused an accident. DPW official notified of the hazard.

At 10:54 p.m., party yelling on a porch on Chestnut Street.

A 25-Year-Old Beverly Man Charged With Unarmed Robbery

At 9:41 a.m., past break into school bus on Sohier Avenue reported.

At 10:51 a.m., bicycle accident on Cabot Street. Motor vehicle/bicycle. No report of injuries.

At 12:22 p.m., suspicious activity on Bridge Street. Female believed she was being stalked.
