Police: Suspicious Man in Bowtie; Man on Bicycle Sobbing

At 8:14 p.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Middlebury lane. A man in a bowtie was knocking on doors.

At 10:54 p.m., a loud party was dispersed on Boyles Street. Police spoke with people from the neighborhood and officials from Endicott College the following day regarding the incident.

At 11:52 p.m., there was a report of a man with a bicycle sobbing on Charnock Street. Police requested EMS services.

At 2:33 a.m., someone rang a doorbell on Dartmouth Street twice and then ran off.

At 7:21 a.m., a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle on Elliot Street.

At 7:52 a.m., there was a report of a possible knife assault on Cabot Street.
