Arrests
Ramadan Xheka, 60, of 80 Cabot St. in Beverly was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Matthew M. Pomerleau, 24, of 176 Crosby Street in Lowell was arrested and charged with following too closely, operating a motor vehicle with the license suspended, and registration not in possession.

Sunday, Jan. 24
At 8:04 p.m., police got a call from someone who said her friend called her and that her friend had been in a motor vehicle accident near Dodge Street.

At 8:37 p.m., police were called to Giles Court for a possible domestic incident. Police found that a man and woman were being loud because they were upset about a football game. They said they would quiet down.
Monday, Jan. 25
At 2:27 a.m., there was an abandoned motor vehicle in the road on Hale Street. It was towed.
At 11:20 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident with property damage at Cabot and Judson Streets.
At 12:03 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Lothrop Street.
At 3:10 p.m., there was a report of a homeless man bothering customers at a restaurant on Cabot Street. The man was allowed to finish his pizza, then asked to leave by management.
