Police: Wind Chime Volume; Stolen Scooter

Monday, Sept. 14
At 4:24 a.m., police responded to a noise disturbance on Marsh Avenue. According to police, it has been an ongoing neighbor dispute. The caller stated that his neighbor’s wind chimes were keeping him awake. Police advised the caller to try to work it out with his neighbor. The wind chimes were described by police as soft and intermittent.
At 9:21 a.m., there was a report of a man sleeping on the sidewalk at Cabot and Hale Street. The man was sent on his way.

At 10:57 a.m., a mini-bike was reported stolen on School Street.
At 2:05 p.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Broughton Drive. A solicitor was unable to produce a permit.
