Popular Beverly Pizza Shop To Close After 3 Decades

DOM's Pizza and Subs said Dec. 19 will be the shop's last day open after more than 30 years.

BEVERLY, MA — A popular Beverly pizza shop will close this month after more than three decades of serving up pizza, subs and other tasty appetizers and dinners on Bridge Street.

DOM's Pizza and Subs ownership said Dec. 19 will be the last day of operation.

"Dom has decided after 30+ years in the business that he is going to retire," ownership posted on the shop's Facebook account. "We wanted to thank all our great customers for their support and kindness!!! Thank you and happy holidays!!!"

The announcement drew dozens of well-wishes with ownership responding to each one individually.

Guests are invited to stop by one last time over the next two weeks for lunch or dinner. DOM's is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
