Rain Forecast Pushes Beverly Earth Fest Off To Next Week

BEVERLY, MA — A rainy Sunday forecast has forced the postponement of Beverly's Earth Fest until next week.

The rain date for the Lynch Park event is April 30 from noon to 3 p.m.

The day of interactive experiences for both adults and students will include nature crafts, wildlife tracking, seedling giveaways and a show of the city's growing fleet of electronic vehicles.

There will also be live music, face painting, food trucks and craft beer from local brewers.

Those who walk or ride a bicycle to the festival will earn free tickets to the raffle.

Green Beverly and the city of Beverly are sponsoring this event.
