Arrest

David M. Ellis, 41, of 210 Merrimack Street in Lawrence was arrested on a warrant.

At 4:25 p.m., a vehicle was keyed on Dearborn Avenue.

At 4:31 p.m., there was a minor motor vehicle accident on Essex Street.

At 5:37 p.m., there was a report of an extremely intoxicated man on Union Street.

At 9:41 p.m., there was a report of neighbors arguing on Atlantic Avenue. One neighbor blamed the other neighbor for taking his garden hose, but the other neighbor denied taking the hose. Police stated it was part of a longstanding dipute between condo owners.

Tuesday, Feb. 2

At 1:51 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Hale Street.

At 3:55 a.m., there was a report of a domestic assault on Cabot Street. A woman reportedly struck a man in the face.

At 6:57 a.m., a motor vehicle operator at Brimbal Avenue and Rte. 128 was educated about proper procedure at a roundabout.
