Salem is not alone;
Beverly, Ipswich, Newburyport and Gloucester are all Smart Growth communities.
They are building along the railroad lines of Essex County.

Several of our city councilors and one State Senator have said
“We have more than enough affordable housing in Salem.
It’s time some of the other communities like
Hamilton and Wenham step up and do their share.”
We need to band together to stop this “run-away train known as Smart Growth”.
