Snow Emergency Parking Ban in effect on Saturday at 7:00am

The department of Public Works has announced that Beverly will have a parking ban that will go into effect at 7:00am on Saturday.

Commissioner of Public Services and Engineering, Michael Collins, announced today that a Snow Emergency Parking Ban will go into effect on Saturday, March 2nd from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

There will be no parking allowed on any municipal streets. Violators shall be subjected to ticketing and/or towing.

Municipal lots are available for those who have no other accommodations, meter fees must be paid during normal meter hours.

The MBTA garage located on Rantoul Street is available to residents at a discounted rate, please pay at the kiosk. NOTE: Access to the MBTA garage, at a discounted rate, will be 5:00 a.m. Saturday, March 2nd until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2nd.

Please help keep snow clear from fire hydrants and catch basins.

Please remove any basketball hoops from the street.

Remember, it is illegal to dump snow into the street.
