Sorrento Dental Holds 6th Annual Toy Drive
The Wellspring House in Gloucester to Distribute Gifts to Families in Need

Sorrento Dental of Ipswich, MA will be collecting unwrapped toys for a local charity, The Wellspring House, for distribution to families in need this holiday season. As part of the event, both patients as well as the general public are invited to visit Sorrento Dental’s office to donate a toy that will most certainly put a smile on the face of a deserving child this holiday season.
Dr. James Sorrento and his staff are excited to continue sharing in the spirit of giving back to the community for the sixth year in a row. He says: “Since we’ve been collecting toys for so many years, people have developed a habit of bringing their donations to us around this time of year. We really enjoy contributing to these projects that service the local community.”
Dr. Sorrento says that participation in donation programs is a privilege and an honor for his practice, and he adds his entire staff is enthusiastic for this opportunity to help. The office recently shipped over 32 pounds of candy to troops overseas through Operation Gratitude. The candy was donated by patients of the practice as part of their annual Halloween Candy Buy Back program.

“We are pleased to be partnering with The Wellspring House once again, as they serve children in communities where many of our patients live,” said Dr. Sorrento. “We hope that our patients and friends will continue to join us in supporting this local organization and help to put toys into the hands of those who would otherwise have never gotten them.” Although his practice has typically collected a large amount of donations in past years, Dr. Sorrento and the rest of his team at his Ipswich dental practice hope to exceed last year’s generous numbers.
Dr. Sorrento asks that donations be brought to his office at 130 County Road, Ipswich, MA during office hours – Monday-Friday from 8:30 – 5:00PM. Dr. Sorrento’s practice will collect toys from now until December 12th.
