“I’m excited to complete this task and I’ve really enjoyed getting out and speaking with my fellow residents.”  St. Hilaire said.   “Like me, they recognize that Beverly is at a critical crossroad.  It’s clear that they want a City Councilor who will represent them as taxpayers at City Hall and who will move Beverly forward in a fiscally responsible manner.”

St. Hilaire, 36, is a graduate of Beverly High School’s class of 1995 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Villanova University in 1999.  He served Governor’s Paul Cellucci and Jane Swift at the State House and has held leadership positions with a number of high profile political campaigns.  He is currently employed as a Recruiter and Social Media Manager in the private sector.

“I am eager to start the next phase of the campaign and continuing to have conversations with the people of Beverly about the direction of our city.”  St. Hilaire said.  “Soon a new generation will be tasked with moving Beverly forward.   I believe that my experience in government, politics and the private sector uniquely qualify me to help contribute to the future of my hometown.”

To date six candidates have taken out nomination papers for three City Council At-Large seats.  The deadline for submitting nomination papers to the City Clerk’s office is August 2, 2013.
