Suspicious Vehicle Reported on Cherry Road

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's logs: 

Monday June 30th: 

  • At 6:29 a.m., police responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated male on the train tracks at Park Street.
  • At 2:39 p.m., police responded to a verbal argument on Cox Court. 
  • At 4:49 p.m., police assisted an elderly woman walking on Route 128 North and transported her to a hospital. 
  • At 5:23 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Cabot Street. 
  • At 6:15 p.m., police received a report of a house on fire on Oberlin Road. 
  • At 9:32 p.m., police checked out a suspicious black SUV driving around slowly on Cherry Road. 
  • At 10:56 p.m., police responded to a report of kids throwing eggs on Shortell Avenue. 

Tuesday July 1st: 
  • At 3:48 a.m., police responded to a report of a sign through a car window on Cherry Hill Drive. 
  • At 8:52 a.m., police received a report of unlawful use of a credit card. 
  • At 10:12 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary on River Street.
  • At 10:47 a.m., police responded to a car accident on Stone Street at which a truck drove into a house. 
  • At 2:06 p.m., police received a report of a car stolen from Cabot Street.
