Boston MedFlight is a nonprofit organization providing the highest level of critical care transport by air and ground to patients in need—regardless of their circumstances. For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

UPDATED 1 p.m.BEVERLY, MA — A Beverly teen was hospitalized in stable condition early Thursday evening — and was "doing well" on Friday — after being found unresponsive in a pool on Parramatta Road late in the afternoon. Beverly police and fire said the 13-year-old boy was pulled from the water at about 4 p.m. and bystanders began performing CPR. First responders took over with further life-saving measures when they arrived. The boy was reported as stabilized when he was taken to Beverly Hospital. From there, Beverly police and fire said a medical helicopter took him to a Boston hospital.Beverly Police Chief John LeLacheur told Patch on Friday morning that the teen was "doing well" when asked for an update on his condition. The Beverly Police Department was investigating the incident on Thursday night.

It’s a matter of time. 50 years to be exact. And in that time Los Lobos have created an unprecedented body of work, a legacy of greatness. The numbers are staggering: 100+ gigs a year for five decades running, crossing millions of miles to rock millions of fans. And that’s just at the live shows. In between they’ve recorded 17 studio albums, 7 live LPs, 3 compilations, 2 EPs, 2 DVDs, and contributed 40+ guest appearances on their friends’ recordings—all garnering 4 Grammys, an Austin City Limits Hall of Fame induction, the ALMA Ritchie Valens Pioneer Award, NEA and Hispanic Heritage Foundation Honors, Congressional recognitions, plus countless “Keys to the City” and “Los Lobos Day” celebrations. And those are just a few of the highlights. But beyond all the hoopla and applause (and the source of it all, really) is the tremendous heart. Rather, hearts. Cinco corazones. Five blood brothers who have dedicated their off-stage time to helping others, working for peace and justice, penning some of the most literate and important music of their time, transforming the hard cries from the East L.A. barrio into songs of hope, tales of common folk finding ways to endure. The young wolves were weaned on late-night radio’s soul, R&amp;B, and doo-wop. Were cured through the African-American currents of the blues, jazz, and rock ‘n’ roll. An amalgam. As proud Chicanos, their songs have always glistened with the distillation from their Mexican and Latin American roots— nourished by Norteña and rancheras, buoyed by bolero and cumbias, soaring on the rhythms of son huasteco and son jarocho. Los Lobos have helped spread the rich diversity of cultures across every continent, throughout the global community. Kids in Antwerp now know about Aztlán. Residents of Luxor and Ghana are crooning Lalo Guerrero. People from Laos and Bulgaria are belting “La Bamba”—all thanks to The Wolves as cultural ambassadors. Talk about a living legacy. Talk about a productive half century. And in the true rebel spirit, they did it all on their own terms, against formula. For the ages. To our delight. Quite simply, they are one of the tightest, one of the best, one of the most prolific bands ever. And, amazingly, with the original founding members as the pack the entire time. Unprecedented. As their liner notes put it, quite simply: “Los Lobos still are David Hidalgo, Louie Pérez, Jr., Cesar Rosas, Conrad Lozano, Steve Berlin.”

LEGEND OF OZZY is –
Alice Izzy, lead guitar, Berklee grad, guitar instructor, session guitarist, known for her ferocious playing at live shows and to a massive online audience. Alice delivers top-notch accuracy and recreation of Randy Rhoads, Jake E Lee, Zakk Wylde, and Tony Iommi playing styles;
Mark George, drums, also with the Joe Stump solo band, the Gia G band on Sliptrick Records, and in several other successful rock tribute bands with an extensive following;
Kevin Kelleher, bass guitar, Berklee grad with roots in the Bay Area, session/touring bassist, also with Powerglove of E1 Music/MNRK Music Group;
Jeff Stark, vocals, also with the touring and recording band Adamantis on No Remorse Records. Trained by Pamela Moore, vocalist and performer on Queensryche's Suite Sister Mary, Jeff is know for his high-energy live performances and powerful vocal impact with dynamic range, and he delivers an outstanding recreation of Ozzy's look, act, and sound.

After a triumphant return to the stage 2025, iconic North Shore rock band The Troubadours are back this July for a 2026 reunion show! They will be joined for this year’s event by old friends junegroove and Courtney Reid. Known for their energetic live shows, The Troubadours built a significant following in Boston and beyond during their 10-year run between 1995-2005. And their recent reunion shows suggest a new trend forming. “It’s not an annual tradition just yet,” says Troubadours lead singer Adam Caress. “But last year’s show was so much fun that we’re excited to be back on stage in Gloucester again this summer.”

Boston based trombonist Brian Thomas has been a crusader for funk, jazz, soul &amp; reggae music in New England and beyond for over 20 years. His vibrant stage presence and distinctive funky style are on full display whenever he is on the stage. Whether he is co-leading big band funk powerhouse BT ALC Big Band , with nu-jazz sextet Duochrome, or directing the rotating cast musicians that are the BT Allstars, Brian strives to achieve his goal to deliver positive music for your mind and body that keeps your head bobbing and your soul full. Brian has consistently focused on creating and recording original music. He dropped his newest release in May of 2024 “Live At The Fallout Shelter Set 1” with “Live At The Fallout Shelter Set 2” slated to be released July 5th, 2024. Both of these albums were recorded live on 12/30/23 in Norwood, MA and are an authentic presentation of what Brian does live on a nightly basis. These albums are follow ups to his debut solo album "On The Bone" released in 2023 to rave reviews. He also recently collaborated with longtime friend Jared Sims to release the Duochrome album "Sky View" . In addition to these recording projects, Brian and Alex Lee-Clark have released five albums with the mighty BT ALC Big Band, including the most recent one" Hearing The Truth" released in April of 2023. Much of Brian's early creative output can be found on the four albums released by Akashic Record. Passionate about writing, horn arranging and recording, Brian can be found in the studio collaborating with musicians all over the world and most recently has contributed to projects by many of the bands under the Vintage League Music record label led by Alan Evans.
Jorgan Trio+1 brings a powerhouse blend of funky soul organ jazz, deep grooves, fiery improvisation, and infectious energy. Featuring the soulful saxophone work of Henley Douglas Jr., the rich organ and keys of Jordan Gravel, the driving rhythms of Andrew Jones on drums, and the dynamic guitar work of Christopher Brown, the quartet delivers a fresh, electrifying take on the classic organ jazz sound.
Acclaimed trumpeter Garret Savluk joins the band for this special performance. Together, they’ll take listeners on a deeply funky journey packed with soul, grit, groove, and pure musical magic.
