Trash Pickup Will Happen Friday, But Be Delayed
Many residents have been wondering whether there will be trash pickup in Beverly during the storm.
Trash and recycling pickup in Beverly will happen on Friday but be delayed, according to a tweet from the city engineer.
"Trash will be picked up tomorrow," tweeted Beverly Engineer Eric Barber on Thursday, "but will be delayed by several hours; Saturday will be the regular time and schedule."
Pickup on Friday is actually for residents who typically get pickup on Wednesdays because of the New Year's Day holiday. Trash pickup on Saturday will be for residents who normally have Friday collection.
